HOD

Hateful old dick; the kind of Victor Meldrew type that has nothing better to do with their retirement than to cause misery to all around them. Generally found policing their boundaries, making unfounded accusations and racist slurs toward ethnic minorities in their neighbourhood and raising petitions over trifling matters.

(to you wife about the HOD next door who has just left a note on your windscreen complaining that you've parked a millimetre over their boundary) "... ... ...f%*$ing HOD."
