He’s kinda freaky, but yk you still love him for him. He’s definitely not funny and he has this voice like that is very low. Some would describe it as darth Vader but not many would agree. He’s of Hispanic traits, mostly being Mexican.

“Hey have you seen the Matthew guy?”
