A form of grotesque communication easily identifiable by a few key features: 1) involves a discussion between siblings, which usually includes at least one sister, 2) lacks any modicum of decorum, shame or refinement, and is particularly blunt or crass, and 3) typically includes discussions about sex.

Brother: Hey sis, my anus is leaking green mucus.
Sister: Could it be moldy cum?
Brother: Nope. I douched last night. Thanks for sister-chatting, but my hole bruns real bad.
Sister: Here's 10 bucks, go to the free clinic and get a scrip.
