dad vibes 

A palpable feeling that a man is a dad. Usually happens when he is around your own father's age and is kind or has the same demeanor, such as a teacher. Also celebrities with beards sometimes give off "dad vibes". He just seems like a dad.

A: "Mr. B is giving off some serious dad vibes."
Mr. B: "What?"
A: "You just seem like a cool dad."
Mr. B: "Oh. Well I do have a kid."
