Twiff

A man who is very feminine and may or may not be dainty.

Look at that twiff over there, nice flower arrangement he's picking out.

Wow, Did you see that guy try and throw a baseball? Man, what a dainty little twiff.

These couple of twiff's came into the restaurant today, they both ordered large tossed salads. I wondered why they even had to leave the house for that.
