The action of choosing to take the fourth urinal in a set of five when someone already has the first, thus leaving the next guy without a urinal to use that's not next to someone.
"What a dick, he came in and saw that other guy at the first urinal, so he's Taking The Fourth, and now I have to stand next to him or the other guy."
