Adult human teeth that are perfectly straight and uniform in size (resembling Chiclets chewing gum), particularly in the bottom jaw, that have remained in the same state since elementary school. Afflicted persons do not have to be Mexican to have Mexican teeth.
"So I like met this hot guy at the club, and when he flashed his geometric line of Mexican teeth I knew he was up on his dental hygiene, and you know what that means!"

Similar to a one night stand. One who purposely fornicates with another, while not intending to see them in the future. Like a conquest.
Chad: "Dude, I scored a hot piece of ass last night!"
Ken: "What, is she like your girlfriend now or something?"
