Bagina

The cameltoe-like formation of a scrotum when bisected by the crotch of ones pants. Possible with extremely small scrotums in very tight pants, or very large scrotums in normal pants. Tighter pants and larger scrotums generally result in a larger bagina.

She couldn't take her eyes off of his huge bagina.
