”OC” a streetslang for O’Connors, a pub in Uppsala (central Sweden) where the lowest of the low meet up. The goverment have tried to close OC for atleast 47 times but never sucseeded. Its also told that the legendary dart champion, Carlos ”Pressen” the guinnies slayer often hybronate there.
