flirt buddy

A person of the opposite sex in whom you have no interest in besides being friend but continue to flirt with anyway. This person may or may not like you.

Girl 1: "You were totally just flirting with him. Do you like him?"
Girl 2" No, he's just my flirt buddy."

cozy buddy

A person of the opposie sex in which you seem to have great interest in but often deny. Many people will claim that you are cozy with him/her.

Girl 1: Do you like him? You two are really cozy.
Girl 2: No. Of course not.
Girl 1: Oh, I see. He's your cozy buddy.
