BFH 

Boy Friend Head - when you are so charmed or in love with your boyfriend (boo) that you have a hard time concentrating on other things (appointments, tasks, responsibilities, etc.), or forget things, you otherwise are responsible about.

Boss: You didn't turn in the report that is due.
Employee: I'm really sorry I can't seem to concentrate I have BFH.
