Tom and Jerry 

A euphemism for double penetration. Also referred to as "T&J " and "getting TJ'd". Not to be confused with the other TJ.

"Kady said she got really wasted last night and watched some Tom and Jerry, but we all knew what she meant."

"Pete just knew his mustache was going to get him some T&J action."
