Rage Run 

When a friend is extremely mad about something and you go for a run with them. During the run, your friend is allowed to rage, bitch, or rant about what happened to them to release their pinned up anger.

Mariel: I need a rage run ASAP! I saw my ex-boyfriend today.

Jennifer: In that case, we'll take the long route today..
