"T3h" is literally the 1337-speak version of "the."

In reality, it is not always used as an article, or even followed by a noun.

Meanings:
1. The
2. (nothing; used to make the 1337 sentence harder to non-1337 speakers)
3. Really (an intensifier)
4. The most (superlative)

"T3h bad" might mean "bad," "really bad," or "the worst."
