The channel that, when nothing is on, you always put on, in hopes that something good will come on it sooner or later.

Guy 1: Ugh...There's nothing on TV!
Guy 2: Yeah, I know. That's why I just put on my universal channel.
Guy 1: Really? So did I. What're you watching?
Guy 2: ...Rachel Ray...
