tootsie roll

a french grandmother's nickname for female genitalia. Not to be confused with the chocolate, chewy candy that comes in a wrapper labeled "tootsie roll".

French Grandmother: "Oh, you're having a hysterectomy?"
Stranger: "why, yes, I am"
French Grandmother: "Don't bother shaving your tootsie roll. They will do that for you"
