A step parent, usually stepfather, who is a complete and utter moron, loser, asshole, or all of the above.

Coined by fans of the House of Night book series by PC and Kirstin Cast.

Girl: God, your mom's bf Gabe is such a step-loser.

Boy: I know, he's a total ass...
