duct tape artist

A person that makes a simple pice of art, marking it at an unreasonable price. (Usally somthing you could easily do at home)

"Ugh. Look at those diva duct tape artists."

"Yea I know! I coud easily make a duct tape covered piece of cardboard! They even make books on it..."
