When your brain momentarily fries or freezes when you think of a person, place or thing you have great affection for, simply because your brain blocks that which is unattainable in the moment and painfully awesome in its effect on you. Inspired by Charlize Theron, who is such a creature so stunning and amazing so as to forget her name repeatedly. Also low key subliminally you don't want to share it/her/them/there's popularity so your brain blocks it.

When I say that girl was amazing but I can't remember her name, I mean to say she had that Charlizeffect.
