It's a word, combination to of two lovers names ishaq and saudat, they are usually tall, fair in complexion , caring and trust worthy. They love each other in a very good way and they're always good to people and helping the needy. If you're Ishaq you should look for saudat and if you're saudat look for ishaq because they're perfect match
