A word to describe how cheerful or crazy and high the person is.

E:g; i saw a girl outside a bar lat night, she looked rather rovee.

shady beanz

Could just be a Stoke saying, but I'm not quite sure. Used in situations to describe somebody who is not very nice.

Aber: He is talking about my Mom, that is shady beanz.
