In spanish, when one is referred to as good looking or sexy, they use "Mami for women and "Papi" for men. A Spanish slang word for a very hot Islander woman. Usually of French Polynesian descent is "Fapi" or "Fapiosa" sometimes used for Carribean women as well.

Did you see that Fapi?! She is fucking sexy! Look at that Hawaiian fapiosa she is quite the fapi!
