The feeling of discontent, after waking up from being lazy the previous night.

When you get home, lay on your bed and get comfortable, only to realize you haven't showered, changed, etc. Then, in the morning, you wake up late and angry at yourself for not getting anything done the night before.

I woke up an hour late! I totally adaifad last night.
