Kappa clap

The name of the STD given to girls who have slept with 3 or more Kappa Sigma Fraternity brothers. Also called kappa sluts. Most common sorority girls known with this are the Phi Mus

Boy 1: Damn, dude, hit that
Boy 2: Nah, thats the third Kappa Sig shes been with this week
Boy 1: Dude shes got that Kappa Clap
