Shomitiss

1. The act of shitting, vomiting, and pissing all at once.

2. The feeling usually associated after a long night of drinking, AND a long car ride has been undertaken before using the bathroom.

Waking up late to take my brother to work in the morning, I had to refrain from taking a shomitiss in my car because I forgot to use the bathroom.
