Manivictus

To perform a "manivictus" is to forcefully discard a piece of clothing to celebrate a success or victory (usually gloves). It is derived from the Latin "victoriam" and "manus", the former meaning victory and the latter meaning hand.
The gladiator did a showy little manivictus as the crowds cheered on his victory.
