Someone who is sexually attracted to toddlers and babies, it can also be called pedophilia.

Smart person: "hey, I need to say something"
Someone: "what?"
Smart person: "I'm a nepiophile"
Someone: "ew wtf get help"
Smart person: "just because I'm attracted to children doesn't mean I'm going to act on it, I've even made a promise I won't because pedophilia is discusting"
