An asian girl who is a very cool person and is a good friend. Thoa's are nice and considerate of others and is very forgiving. Thoa's don't talk much if you don't know one, but once you do know one, she becomes part of your life. Thoa's are awesome and people who know her are glad to have.
Person 1: "DUDE THOA IS SO NICE SHE'S MAKING FOOD AND BRINGING IT TO SUMMER SCHOOL TO SHARE!"
