When you someone around you is being childish, difficult, or causing a lot of hostility as that of a child. Or one who behaves like a child.

Girl 1: Girl can you believe that he broke up with me, then afterwards he called me cussing me out cause I didn't give his Harry Potter book back?

Girl 2: Honey that's nothing but chap mess.
