A man who will get under your skin at times and will really annoy you. But when you really need him, he still won't be there. Don't depend on them to get anything done and if they ever do anything right then that would be the biggest accomplishment of their life. Their relationship status will be bare and unspoken of most of the time but if they do get a certain someone in their life that they care about then they will never let them go and will brag about that person to everyone.
