Reoclapper

A person who takes things too seriously and when you joke around them they take it too seriously, a person who can get baited into conflict. and overreacts to something slightly bad happening that isn't really that bad at all and is just a minor inconvenience.

Person 1: "You're such a Reoclapper!"
Person 2: "No I'm not!"
