Bellybutthole

It's when mostly people who have just saggy bellybuttons or have/had a bellybutton piercing and they take it out and their belly bellybutton looks shriveled up and literally is like a butthole on your belly.

Friend 1: "look over there at that girl in the crop top"
Friend 2: *looks twards girl*
Friend 1: "yo shes got a bellybutthole!!"
Friend 2: " yoooo her bellybutton does look like a butthole!"
