Tiddy Inspection Day 

The sister day of Penis Inspection Day where licensed Tiddy Inspectors are required to have every tiddy they find thoroughly inspected. No one is exempt from a tiddy inspection during this day.

“Citizens, Tiddy Inspection Day is in effect. You are legally required to whip em out. Please report to the nearest Tiddy Inspector in your area immediately.”
