To become irritated because of alcohol, or the lack of.

Ex1-
"So my brother said he couldn't buy us beer."
"Damnit."
"Hey, what is your problem?"
"I really wanted to get drunk tonight..."
"You sound beeritated."

or

Ex2-
"Man, I was so drunk last night."
"Yeah, you started a fight with Jim."
"Oh man, I must have been beeritated."
