"brat storming" is when little girls get together and plan ways to annoy or challenge their Top. It came out of a bratting class that someone took at a Master/slave (BDSM) gathering a few years ago and when I said it the girls loved it.

The girls were bratstorming about how to push the limits of being a brat!
