It's the name of a game that doesn't exist and will never exist.
It's often used to tease Half-Life fans.

Example: Here we have Q, who is a Half-Life fan, and V is going to tease Q.
V: "Hey man, Half-Life 3 just got released!"
Q: "Dih!"
