Used to describe whenever it is or its not cold enough to use a jacket outside.

Guy1-'Hey arent you gonna put on your jacket?'
Guy2-'Naw its not very jacket worthy.'

Used when somebody pulls an april fools like prank within the couple days after april fools day.

Guy1-'Hey man, I accidentally broke your new PS3 control.'
Guy2-'WTF dude'
Guy1-'latepril fools'
