In requiem the player plays as a new character fbi analyst grace ashcroft and returning character leon s kennedy. In the game a new t virus outbreak in raccoon city survivors happens while leon is infected himself, grace uncovers an antiviral called elpis the last project of oswell spencer ceo of umbrella. The gameplay changes based on what character you are playing as the segments with grace are in first person and very horror focused and leons sections are in third person and very action focused.

Resident evil 7 biohazard is a survival horror game released in 2017 for the ps4 and xbox one. It is the 7th main instalment of the resident evil franchise. The game follows a new protagonist ethan winters. After Ethan's wife goes missing he gets a weird message from her then goes to Louisiana to get her from a plantation which is owned by the baker family who are infected by mold created by a bioweapon named eveline. Re7 is the franchise returning back to the horror genre and is widely considered the scariest resident evil game. The game is the first in the Franchise to be first person.

Resident evil 5 departs from the horror genre which the franchise is a part of and becomes fully action orientated. The game follows chris Redfield and sheva alomar who go to Africa to investigate a bioterrorism threat and find out the locals have been infected by a parasite. The game can be played single player with an ai helping you or co op with a friend.

The game is the sequel to resident evil 3 and the 4th instalment of the resident evil franchise. The player plays as leon Kennedy who is tasked with saving the president's daughter ashley graham from a cult in spain. The game adds a lot more action orientated gameplay than the previous resident evil games while staying a horror game.

The two characters are caught in the middle of the massive t virus outbreak in raccoon city and must survive zombies and other monsters while being hunted by mr x.
