Fem9man or Femi9man/Femnman is short for feminine man, a contraction of the word "fem" & "nine" from "Feminine". (Plural form is of course, Fem9men) Fem9man is used to refer to oneself as a feminine adult man instead of using Fem9boy which includes the word "boy" in it, usually referring to younger boys. Again, this term is just optional for those who prefer to use it for themselves or to refer someone who's feminine & older.

Fem9boy or Femi9boy/Femnboy is short for feminine boy, a contraction of the word "fem" & "nine" from "Feminine". The "9" in Fem9boy/Femi9boy is not meant to be a censor (numbers are usually used to censor letters but not in this context) It is genuinely just meant to make the word shorter & for those who refuse to type the whole thing which is "feminine boy".
This alternative term was made because the combination of fem & boy could be seen as offensive by/for trans women since the fem can also mean female boy instead of feminine boy (both of them are still derogatory if used against trans women) & the alternatives for feminine boy is a combination of rose & boy or rosboy which was rejected by & also seen as derogatory by the Feminine boy community.
But not all trans women think the combination word of fem & boy is offensive (unless used against them) & not everyone from the Feminine boy community think the alternatives for feminine boy are offensive. The term Fem9boy is just optional for those who want to refer a feminine boy without possibly offending anyone & prefer typing a shorter term because it's much easier.
