Massachusetts Panini Press
The act of taking 2 pieces of steak which are typically 7 ounce ribeye's, and putting them in between you and another person during sexual intercourse. This is usually followed by vigorous thrusting from the top which gives it the "press" effect. Then the top licks the juices off of the bottom following orgasm.
