A very flexible word. It can be used to describe anyone or anything in a positive or negative way. What's more, it's so flexible that the listener won't really know what you mean.

Some girl: "Did you know? BTS just-"
Mark: "Shut up you, stupid koreaboo! You're so eskeburdu (annoying)."

Koreaboo

A person who thinks about nothing but Korean entertainment, does not accept the negative side of the entertainment, spreads and believes in lies about the entertainment that sound positive, and gets easily triggered at jokes if they put down the entertainment
