A slang term in reference to your homeboy; in some instances, it can be used in anger to refer to your homeboy in a negative way.

Used in normal conversation:

"Yo, what's up brosama?"

Used to refer to your homeboy in a negative way:

"Wtf dude, you blew up my GI Joe with a firecracker! What's up with that brosama?!"
