Slut Tease 

A female who appears to be a slut (and therefore put out), but turns out to be a tease (aka cunt).

"Dude Mark that girl totally grabbed your dick in the pool, did you guys end up hooking up?"
"No she said she had to go home, she turned out to be a slut tease."

"Come on man, you should know by now. Lauren appears like she is going to hook up with you, but everyone knows she is just a tease."
