Boob-O-Lanterns are created by a) applying opaque substance(s) (e.g. electrical tape, marker, paint, string/rope, chocolate, etc) to breasts and b) applying a light (flashlight, phone light, etc) to the bottom (optimal), top or sides of the breasts in an environment with very low light levels. The results are typically best with augmented breasts (ie saline, silicone, etc) but can be accomplished in natural, low density breasts. CAUTION: be careful to use low heat light sources (e.g. LED lights, camera phone lights) to avoid a potential burn to delicate skin.

Applying a light (flashlight, phone light, etc) to the bottom of the breasts in a low lit room; results of the test demonstrate whether or not breasts are enhanced by way of implants (ie silicone, saline, etc). This is not a pass / fail test per se as the results of either outcome are delightful. This test may involve female - male, female -female, or multiple combinations and is especially exciting when electrical tape is used to create boob-o-lanterns with the breasts.

Boob-O-Meters readings often include, "itty bitty", "oh mama", "melons", "big 'uns" and "good GOD" ...
She was able to fill out the "dammit Jim!" reading on the Boob-o-Meter we ran into this weekend at 'Dega !
