Used whenever you feel it nessecary to mean: cool, sweet, or yeah. Also used to refer to a person.

Person 1: "Whats up?"
Person 2: "Nothing really"
Person 1: "Thats cool, wikedoosh"

or

I love you, wikedoosh!
