Whitewashing is any content or interactions that ignore the matrix. This always results in the Caucasians being represented as more under-privileged than they actually are; the person of color gets depicted as more over-priviliged as I actually am.

Whitewashing. Today, I cooked and ate Hello Fresh spicy umāmi pasta with
