White Month

Any month selected by an individual or group during which no alcohol is injested by said individual or group. This can be done for a number of reasons including detoxing your system, being able to remember where you live, or even trying to solve your own raging alcoholism. But most white months end up being just a few days.

After that three day bender, I really should take a white month... right after this drink.

White Heritage Month

White Heritage Month is celebrated by the descendants of the indigenous people of Europe and Russia, and the tiny countries in-between. It's a time to remember ones roots and learn their ancestor's culture and language.

Which month White Heritage Month is, has not been settled.

Some say March 2nd to April 2nd.

Others say June 20th to July 20th.

I'm looking forward to White Heritage Month to teach my children our German origins, culture, and language.
