A large black bin which sits outside pretty much every house in Australia. It's sole purpose is for rubbish which is collected every week by the rubbish colection, but the wheelie bin is used for many other things. Probably the most fun is the practice of getting so unimaginably drunk that you can't stand and have to be wheeled home in one of these bins.

A combative used by bicycle cops that involves lifting the front wheel up off the ground and using it to administer strikes to a suspect.
The robber decided to fight the bicycle officer instead of surrendering, so the cop used a wheelie up to take him down.
