Sending a message through whatsapp. Can be used to refer a message that was sent earlier through whatsapp.

I whatsapped you yesterday. Did you check that?

When we send a message, instead of using texting we sometimes say "I am messaging him." Similarly, when you send a message through the WhatsApp, you can say "I am whatsapping him."
