a scottish word believed to have been created in the Johnstone area, south of Glasgow. A colloquial term for an idiot, fool, tithead etc.

When one takes a short pause from his or her studies to relieve his or herself from sexual tension and desire to ensure ones productivity when the brief pause is through.

Jim: Ahh just finished my english essay, better take a Wankbreak before I start maths.
Jenna: Ok sure I just took one so i could finish my science report.
